I have a lot of trouble falling asleep, and have been on many over the counter and prescription sleep aids over the last 15 years. The problem was I always woke up groggy with what felt like a chemical hangover, and I had to get a couple of cups of coffee in me before I could function. When I started using this tincture I was able to fall asleep and woke up feeling great. A lot of days I'm at work before I realize I haven't had my coffee yet.
